What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We only use Courier Providers to ship your products. Depending on where you’re located DHL, FEDEX or TNT will delivery your package

Do You Ship Internationally?

Indeed. We ship anywhere in the world (excluding Ukraine, Russia, Brazil)

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We ship from Greece. Usually European Customers will get their products in 2-4 days. For customers in the United States expect a 4-8 days delivery. 

Do you accept returns?

Yes. You can return any of the items you purchased with no questions asked up to 14days from the date you receive them. Please note : High Valued memorabilia must be returned unopened. Just ship them via your preferred shipping carrier to Emil – Rathskellers : Agiou Stephanou 8, 56429, N. Efkarpia, Thessaloniki, Greece. Make sure you send us an email ([email protected]) and provide us the tracking number.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We use Stripe as our payments gateway. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX credit/debit cards. Depending on where you live you may also have local payment methods available automatically via our system (for example Giropay for Germany, iDEAL for Netherlands, Sofort for Central Europe and etc)

You can also pay via PayPal.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes, it is 100% safe. As Rathskellers we are into the Furniture making business for the past 50 years. With Sunnygeeks our plan is to offer reliable shipping and customer care, to geeks all over the globe.

How do I place an Order?

Just add the products you want and checkout 🙂

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Unfortunately you can’t make changes to an order after you place it due to the nature of our warehouse processing. You can however cancel the whole order and we will refund you the total.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Don’t worry. An account will be automatically created once you place your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

When we have everything prepared for you, our system will send you an Official Invoice with your payment, and a tracking number via email. You can also monitor the status and track your order by visiting the My Account page via the main menu.
